Avec ce 42e numéro, Rockyrama grimpe à bord de sa time machine pour un bond de quarante ans dans le passé. Direction 1984, année nostalgique par excellence, peut-être la plus "Rockyrama" d'entre toutes. Sur les devantures des cinémas s'affichent Ghostbusters, Indiana Jones et le temps maudit, Gremlins, Terminator, mais aussi Spinal Tap, Purple Rain, L'Histoire sans fin, Karaté Kid, et nombre de films qui ont rejoint le panthéon de la pop culture. Il était nécessaire, voire indispensable, qu'après avoir étudié le cru 1982, Rockyrama se penche sur le millésime 1984. Retour sur l'année mythique qui a définitivement installé les eighties dans l'imaginaire des kids du monde entier, et pour toujours.
