Années 60. Une plage sur la côte marocaine, l'auteur à 12 ans... Il ne rêve pas encore d'être grand et l'innocence lui va bien. L'Amérique... Les cow-boys, les indiens, Elvis, James Dean et Marilyn... Marilyn, elle est passée dans son quartier. Évidemment il en est sûr ! Il habite tout près du cinéma Rex. Elle était un poète au coin de la rue essayant de réciter ses vers à une foule qui lui arrache ses vêtements. Arthur Miller.
