Les nouvelles tendances des cinémas africains -d'Afrique occidentale, centrale et australe- et leurs problèmes de légitimité.
Question tendances : l'adaptation des cinématographies aux réalités économiques et l'utilisation de la vidéo, notamment au Nigéria et au Ghana, qui représente une réponse au problème d'autonomie de la production. A noter la contribution d'Africains à la rédaction du numéro : réalisateurs, critiques, journalistes ou professeurs.
