Mikio Naruse : un maître du cinéma japonais : introduction à l'œuvre et filmographie commentée.
Livre publié à l'occasion de la Rétrospective Mikio Naruse au 36ème Festival international du film de Locarno du 05 au 14 août 1983. Livre en français détaillant les 87 films de Naruse, de "Chanbara fûfu ( un couple de chanbara - Mr and Mrs Swordplay )" de janvier 1930 à "Midaregumo ( Nuages épars - Scattered clouds - Two in the shadow )" de novembre 1967. Texte d'introduction à l'œuvre de Naruse de 27 pages. Chaque film comporte une fiche : staff technique, interprètes, existence ou non de copies, résumé et critique du film sur deux ou trois pages.
