Tabou n est pas seulement un très beau film. C est aussi une œuvre d une grande portée théorique et historique, qui éclaire la situation contemporaine du septième art. C est enfin le produit d une peu commune aventure de cinéma. Autant de raisons de passer trois jours à Lisbonne, en compagnie de Miguel Gomes et de quelques-uns de ses acolytes : le chef opérateur Rui Poças et son assistante Lisa Persson, l ingénieur du son Vasco Pimentel et enfin le producteur du film, Luís Urbano. Trois jours de conversations à bâtons rompus. Entre récit de l aventure, analyse du film, et toutes sortes de digressions.
