Les nerfs et la vie à fleur de peau, elle est un torrent que rien ne détourne de sa trajectoire. A la fois dans le fantasme (la fameuse couverture de Elle) et l'engagement (auprès des sans-papiers, avec l'Unesco...), elle occupe le devant de la scène. Le récit d'une vie moins lisse qu'on ne le croit donne quelques clés pour comprendre cette icône moderne.
