Book Presentation:
Le Zaïre est l'un des pays les plus importants d'Afrique, mais on ignore quasi tout de sa situation cinématographique. L'auteur essaye d'en présenter les différentes composantes. Rik Otten, aujourd'hui rédacteur dans une maison d'édition, s'est intéressé, au cours de ses études de sciences de la communication, aux problèmes du cinéma zaïrois qu'il a notamment étudiés dans ses dédales bruxellois. Le Rwanda et le Burundi, près de leur grand voisin, pensent au cinéma avec modestie. Victor Bachy les a visités et en rend compte.
